2015.
Built in 1900, this house was remodeled in 2008, more than doubling it's size.
Note that the chimney is now in the middle of the roof, though the chimney itself hasn't moved.

A deed to the property dated July 13, 1889. The entire lot between Heebner Street and Park Road (Lot #3 of the Jones Farm) is being sold for five dollars to William B. Thomas. There are quite a few sellers. Amos Jones owned the Jones Farm, purchased by his father in 1856. Linford and Emily Shepherd owned Lot #2, currently 640 Garfield Avenue. The Jones's in Dakota may have been heirs along with Amos.

At some point, Lot #2 and Lot #3 were split so there is now an unnumbered lot between them, with a house on it. The house sits right at 2nd and Heebner. Elizabeth Shepherd, daughter of Linford and Emily, remained in the house on Lot #2 until 1992.

The property at the time was undeveloped farmland, but still quite a bargain. $5 in 1889 was worth about $130 in 2016. The unnumbered lot sold on March 4, 2016 for $229,900. Lot # 2 sold on September 26, 2016 for $240,000.
