educate residents on the planned work, detours, etc.
Work was to begin August 17 but actually started a week
early. |

| Bonus material: This may be the only photograph in
existence of this streetlight. On the
very night the lamps were powered up for the first time,
a car hit it and knocked it over. The one standing there
today is a replacement. After this incident the Township
had them insured. |
