The WPBA placed four signs at the corners of the Historical District in West Point. The signs were unveiled at the end of the Earth Day festivities.

A small ceremony was held at 4 PM. Mother Nature cooperated, as this took place between two rain storms.
(after all, it WAS Earth Day)
